Return and Exchange Policy
We carefully inspect all products to ensure they are in good condition before shipping them to you.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sex toys based on a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.

If you believe your product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assist you accordingly.

Our goal is to always keep our customers happy and satisfied.

Processing Time
All paid orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days.

Product Unavailability (Out of Stock)
If an item you ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you and provide options for a refund or product exchange.

Order Not Delivered
A shipment tracking number will be provided for all orders. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, you will need to collect the parcel from your local courier branch.

When placing your order, choose a courier company you're familiar with and make sure you’re available to accept the delivery. Keep in mind that courier companies in Malaysia handle a high volume of shipments daily, so delays may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Fee for Returned Parcels Due to Non-Acknowledgment
If your parcel is not delivered, the courier company will require you to collect it from their branch. Typically, you will have 7 working days to do so. Please bring your tracking number when collecting your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a fee of RM35 or 10% of your total purchase amount (whichever is higher) will be charged for re-shipping or order cancellation.

Product Images, Videos, and Descriptions (Marketing Material)
Our product images and videos are taken in close proximity and are mostly provided by manufacturers or brand owners. If you need more details about the size, color, quality, or functions of a product, feel free to contact our Customer Service via email or phone.
